Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas. The ideal candidate will ensure that hygiene and sanitation standards are met while managing the stewarding team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the stewarding team to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas.
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and storage of kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards as per health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and chemical usage.
- Train and guide stewarding staff to improve efficiency and performance.
