Job positions - Bartender / Steward

Job Responsibilities:

Bartender:

1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
2. Mix drinks following standard recipes.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
4. Engage with customers and provide excellent service.
5. Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
6. Handle cash and card transactions efficiently.

Steward:

1. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining and bar area.
2. Set up tables and ensure proper arrangement of cutlery and glassware.
3. Support bartenders and waitstaff in delivering orders.
4. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the restaurant/bar.
5. Assist in stock management and refilling supplies.

Key Requirements:

1. Prior experience in bartending or stewarding is an advantage.
2. Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary :

1. LKR 75,000 basic salary
