Sales Executive- 8011

Location: Nawala, Sri Lanka

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Water Mart Systems Pvt Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing new customers and providing exceptional customer service across various areas. You will play a vital role in driving sales and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach new customers to expand our client base.
2. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries effectively.
3. Conduct sales activities in various areas and contribute to achieving sales targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
5. Collaborate with the team to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. A/L (Advanced Level) or higher.
2. Proven experience in sales or customer service, ideally within a similar industry.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Working Hours:

1. Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Salary & Benefits:

1. Basic Salary: Rs. 40,000/-
2. Additional compensation based on industry experience.
3. Additional Benefits: Bike allowance, Cell phone allowance, Commission, and other performance-based incentives.

Conditions:

1. 6-month probation period.
