The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Client Care Executive to join our team in Sri Lanka. This individual will play a key role in promoting our hospital services and managing patient coordination, ensuring a seamless healthcare experience. The Client Care Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with patients and doctors, and leading marketing efforts in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals in Sri Lanka
2. Identify patient needs and develop strategies to address them effectively
3. Serve as the main point of contact for all patient-related inquiries
4. Guide patients through their healthcare journey, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience
5. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our hospitals' services in Sri Lanka
6. Organize targeted seminars, promotional events, and marketing campaigns
7. Work closely with hospital teams in Singapore to ensure seamless patient care and communication
8. Build and maintain referral channels to drive sustainable patient relationships

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer care or doctor onboarding role at a private hospital in Sri Lanka (Preferred)
3. Familiarity with pharmaceuticals and medical devices
4. An established network in Sri Lanka with proven referral channels is advantageous
5. Experience in organizing marketing events, seminars, and promotional activities
6. Strong digital marketing skills, including managing social media platforms, are a plus
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil
8. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
