Hiring: Senior Executive - Content Writer

We are looking for a Senior Executive - Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating well-researched, engaging, and SEO-optimized content to drive organic traffic and enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research and organize information sources.
2. Write high-quality, keyword-driven content to boost SEO performance.
3. Develop engaging title tags and meta descriptions to improve click-through rates.
4. Craft compelling headlines and body copy.
5. Produce industry-relevant blog posts that address user queries.
6. Create, execute, and manage a content calendar.
7. Ensure consistency in writing style, tone, fonts, and visuals.
8. Collaborate with designers and developers to align content with branding.
9. Edit and proofread content for accuracy and clarity.

Key Expectations:

1. Ability to work according to U.S. time zones (Day/Straddle Shift).
2. A background in Communication, Marketing, or a related field may be required.
3. 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage).
5. Strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
