Trainee / Executive Operations (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

1. Make calls to insurance companies to verify patient insurance coverage and gather benefits of the patient's plan.
2. Document call notes and initiate corrective measures as needed.
3. Record actions and post notes on the customer's revenue cycle platform (PMS).
4. Maintain a system for initial and subsequent verification of benefits.
5. Stay updated with knowledge of insurance policies.
6. Follow client-specific call note standards for documentation.
7. Meet targets consistently.

Qualifications:

1. A graduate or undergraduate with pending results from any discipline.
2. 2 to 3 years of work experience (Candidates with experience in the RCM industry are encouraged to apply).
3. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
4. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
5. High energy, self-driven, problem-solving attitude, with a strong desire to improve processes through continued research/education.
6. Ability to work according to US time zones. (Working hours: 7 PM to 4 AM).
